Mom’s Orange Juice Cake

You guys.. My mom’s orange juice cake is the best cake ever, and I’m not the only one who thinks this. Zach even requested it for his birthday last month. INGREDIENTS

Cake

  • 1 Package Yellow Butter Cake Mix

  • 1 (4 oz) Package Instant Pudding Mix

  • 1 Cup Orange Juice

  • 1/2 Cup Oil

  • 4 Eggs

  • 1/2 Cup (or more) Pecans (Optional)

Glaze

  • 1 Cup Sugar

  • 1 Stick Butter

  • 1/2 Cup Orange Juice

DIRECTIONS

Cake

  1. Grease bundt pan generously

  2. (Optional) Pour chopped nuts evenly over bottom of pan

  3. Mix remaining ingredients and pour in bundt pan

  4. Bake for 50 minutes at 325 degrees

Glaze

  1. Bring to boil for 2 minutes

  2. Poke several holes through the cake with a fork(before removing from pan) and pour glaze over the cake
